- Kay Hales is a PhD candidate in American politics. Their research focuses on LGBTQ political behavior, political psychology, and political sociology.
- Tasnia Symoom is a PhD candidate in Comparative Politics and International Relations, focusing on gendered violence, identity politics, social justice, and institutional functioning in illiberal democratic regimes of South Asia and the Global South. For her interdisciplinary research, she employs a mixed methods approach that encompasses survey experiments, text analysis, and in-depth case studies.
