Fiona is a first year Ph.D. student with a concentration in American Politics.  She is interested in policy efficacy, regulatory enforcement, data privacy, and health policy. 

Fiona grew up in Vermont and earned a degree in Political Science at San Francisco State University. In her final year of undergraduate, Fiona was a recipient of the Marcus Undergraduate Research Fellowship, which allowed her to complete an independent research project that she presented at MPSA in 2021.
