Sherelle Roberts-Pierre
Research Interests:
Sherelle Roberts-Pierre is a PhD student and researcher. Her areas of interest are: Elite Behavior, Black Women's Political Engagement, and Identity Politics. During her tenure at the University of Kentucky, she had the distinction of being a Lyman T. Johnson Fellow.
Before pursuing her PhD, Sherelle worked as a journalist, public relations and political operative. She is member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, an international service organization. She volunteers with her church, and serves on several non-profit and public service boards.
