Process for conference travel funding (year round)
There are two steps to apply for conference travel funding. You should start by conferring with your advisor and receiving their confirmation that you are ready to present at a conference. Once this is approved, please email the DGS to apply for support. A brief email request is fine, so long as it includes (1) the name of the conference, (2) confirmation of advisor approval, and (3) a very brief provisional cost estimate (to the extent known).

For the advisory committee: An advisory committee review report should be completed by February 15 each year.
For teaching mentors: All teaching mentors are required to submit a class observation form and an end-of-semester evaluation of the TA each semester. Please note that this is a SACS requirement.
For course instructors: You may document incompletes using the form below.
